Mark Taber, President

Mark Taber recently left ESG\republic in Bakersfield, California, where he served as its executive vice president. During his tenure, he oversaw growth of over 427% over the last three years. ESG\republic grew from revenues of $3 M a year in 2000 to over $41 M in 2005, becoming the fastest growing human resource/PEO firms in California — and one of the fastest growing companies in America, as recognized by Inc. Magazine. Mark's primary responsibility at ESG\republic was sales and marketing, but he oversaw nearly every aspect of the company's operations as part of a small senior management team.

Noel Dalton, Vice President of Sales

Mr. Dalton is a 1986 graduate of Pepperdine University with a degree in Accounting and Finance. He gained his first experience in finance locally with Bank of the Sierra and was promoted to the position of Vice-President. In his role as assistant Treasurer he was entrusted to research and place the bank's capital in several different investment vehicles. Bittten by the entreprenurial bug, in 1995 he pioneered computer learning training in Bakersfield when he opened Kids of Tomorrow learning center. Most recently Mr. Dalton has served as CEO of KOT Systems, Inc., a Hewlett-Packard systems partner supplying government, educational and medical clients. He joined the Hamilton Knox team at its inception in January of 2006. He has been married to Kathy since 1992 they have four beautiful boys.
